To make a booking request you will need to register with this site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and view any invoices you have been issued.

Please note local bookings can only be made by residents of Woodhouse and Woodhouse Eaves

Bookings are made by reserving 15 minute periods. To book multiple periods easily just click on the start time and the end time. The slots in between will be filled in automatically.

15 minutes is always reserved between bookings.

Please allow sufficient time to set up before your booking and to clean the hall after use.

All party bookings finishing after 9pm must have a 2 hour clean up slot added the following morning and an increased deposit of £100.

Our facilities manager will review your request, confirm the price and availability of your time slots and reply to you as soon as possible.
