Diane’s Yoga Class

A gentle Hatha yoga class, with adaptations to suit most needs

Quorn Flower Club

Meeting every 2nd and 4th Thursday in the month (no meetings in January, July & August) - 2pm-4pm

Our meetings are for members to participate in flower arranging and we tend to alternate between sessions of informal titled sessions and workshops.

 Winter Warm Spaces

Mondays 2-4pm in winter. 

Come and keep warm, enjoy a coffee, read the paper, use our free WIFI and meet your neighbours.  Free of charge all welcome - no booking necessary. Run by the hall trustees.

Abby Fitness - Lift and Tone

60 mins of 'legs, bums & tums' style toning exercises.
Strength and mobility building using body weight, hand weights and resistance bands.
Plus stretching session to finish your full body workout.
You will need an exercise mat for this class and hand weights/resistance bands. (If you don't have dumbells, a couple of bottles of water will work just as well!)
Small selection of equipment available to purchase/borrow.
Thursdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm
£7 per class or £24 for 4 classes
