Quorn Flower Club
Meeting every 2nd & 4th Thursday in the month (no meetings in January, July & August) - 2pm-4pm
Our meetings are for members to participate in flower arranging and we tend to alternate between sessions of informal titled sessions and workshops.

Sound Bath with Soul Sister Yoga, Gong
The first Friday of each month 7.15pm-8.30pm
A sound bath is a meditative experience where soothing vibrations from instruments like gongs and singing bowls wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Soundbaths can help reduce anxiety levels, tension, and sadness as well as diminish pain, help with sleep and improve mood.
Abby Fitness - Lift and Tone
Thursdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm
£7 per class or £24 for 4 classes
60 mins of 'legs, bums & tums' style toning exercises.
Strength and mobility building using body weight, hand weights and resistance bands.
Plus stretching session to finish your full body workout.
You will need an exercise mat for this class and hand weights/resistance bands. (If you don't have dumbells, a couple of bottles of water will work just as well!)
Small selection of equipment available to purchase/borrow.
