"Jabberjacks have been running our weekly baby and toddler classes at Woodhouse Community Hall for over 10 years. We also provide entertainment for many children's parties and often recommend the hall as a venue option.
The hall is a great size venue, with a well equipped kitchen, and has everything you need to run an event. The outside is a lovely space too with a grass area, parking and everyone loves the welcome from the neighbouring horses"

“Brilliant location for our wedding in lovely surroundings, ample car parking, great sound system and the grass area was great for a gazebo, bouncy castle and pizza van.
The hall was a perfect size for around 70 guests and the cooking facilities allowed us to provide some snacks and keep drinks cool. Would highly recommend for any event.”

Rainbows Childrens Hospice
We have just held a very successful fundraising event for Rainbows Childrens Hospice at Woodhouse Community Hall. The venue was perfect. We were able to seat 80 people comfortably and there is sufficient parking for about 30 cars. The Hall was in immaculate condition, everything was modern and clean. There are even fairy lights around the Hall, which made it look extra special.

We were able to seat 80 people comfortably and there is sufficient parking for about 30 cars. The Hall was in immaculate condition, everything was modern and clean. There are even fairy lights around the Hall, which made it look extra special.
The kitchens were both extremely well equipped with everything you might need including glasses, cups and saucers etc. even tea towels. With two kitchens and two fridges available, we were able to serve cold drinks which was a godsend as it was a very warm May evening.
The Trustees of the Hall and the Caretaker went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were really helpful and supportive and could not do enough for us.
