Advert for Premises Officer position

Woodhouse Community Hall Trustees are recruiting a premises officer for our hall.
The role requires someone who is flexible and accountable, able to work on  their
own initiative and can be available approximately 30 hours a month.

The job duties include meeting and greeting of our hall users, cleaning and light maintenance and ensuring the hall is always clean and welcoming.

The successful candidate’s pay is negotiable  and this will increase annually in line with National Living Wage rates. We are happy to negotiate either employed or self-employed status. Appointment will be subject to 2 references and enhanced DBS check.
